It sounds like they don't have anything to complain about. You are playing too well! Try having one compliment or insult another one to test the voice stream. Is Capcom still talking to you and them?
Best Regards,
Bill

Oh you should see my space station, everything is a mess, the co2 levels are too low and all the other things. They got so many things to complain but i will still try if compliment will make Capcom and them talk. No, Capcom only talk about the status of the space station. The problem happening at the mission control room.

To everyone,
In Mission Control, Capcom talks to the astronauts (relevant to their latest status in Station View) and the astronauts return answers. Then astronauts report and Capcom answers. Astronauts do not talk to each other out of camera view anywhere in the game. This is not a bug, it is a feature. I hope this quiet forum means that you all are having no install problems. I would like to hear from some of you however.
Best Regards,
Bill

SpaceStationSim 2.0 is out! I'm not going to list all the changes here, because they're already on the update page. Since we're splitting off the updates into a new download, the update page URL has changed: 2.0 update pageHowever, if you have SpaceStationSim v1.5 already, hitting the "Check for Updates" button in the game launcher will bring you there too. Check it out!

Wow. I've just installed the new update and played a few minutes in the game and I'm very impressed by the new update. The thing I've always wanted in the game has been a better Earth model and more stars that are also more realistic and I'm so glad that they've finally been added - it just makes the game seem so much more realistic.
I haven't tried out many of the other features yet because most of my quick look at the new features was just staring at the Earth, the stars and the Sun, but the added element of actually needing the full complement of solar arrays and random fires must surely add an extra level of strategy and immersion which has to be good.
Overall, an excellent update that really adds to the level of gameplay, thanks.

There is a feature we forgot to put into the features description list. Your station has always been continously dropping toward Earth, requiring re boosting. Now, as it drops lower, it also visually drops lower. If you are looking at it in Station View when it boosts, you will see it rise up and away from the Earth. The effect is charming. Thank Greg for that little bit of reality.

Bill

I must have missed that one when I copied the update information over to the HTML. It's fixed now.

There may be a maintenance period this week. Try again, they never last very long.

I got the update, but two glitches I found right away. The station's angle forward is off, and when my O2 reserves run low, there is not supply indicator showing up. but besides that.... spectacular is a lousy word to describe this update! -Bill

Bill,
The forward angle is correct however because the Earth model is a bit farther away, it may look odd at first. You are absolutely right about the O2 indicator. I don't know what happened there. We will look into it on Monday.

Keep in mind that the cloud layer is moving separately from the Earth layer. So, yes, in relation to the station, the cloud layer is a bit off, but this is intentional. The Earth layer itself moves in the correct direction.

I hate to be a stickler, especially when it maybe on purpose. You might just end up banning me for pickiness.
On the opening screen with the shuttle orbiter, which is very nice, the right elevon is coloured red. A very nice red, but red all the same.
